Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and implement internal communication and employee engagement programs aligned with company objectives.
Support stakeholders including Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance and Management teams with communication and design requirements.
Design, implement, and conduct service line orientations for new joiners.
Handle employee communication through Focus Group sessions, Meet the Leader sessions, and drive timely execution of action plans.
Facilitate Fun Committees and periodic engagement activities.
Conceptualize and execute the employee engagement strategy through surveys, events, and recognition programs.
Ensure all communications are brand compliant and meet organizational standards.
Drive engagement on internal social media platforms to increase visibility of initiatives.
Administer counseling, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Compliance team.
Prepare and present various business reports as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HRBP, preferably in large-scale, fast-paced environments.
Awareness of key HR metrics like attrition, shrinkage, WFM, etc.
Strong experience in event management, including planning and executing large-scale events.
Ability to use technology and digital media to enhance communication effectiveness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Publisher, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Live Meeting).
High energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills with an approachable style.
Strong judgment, patience, and tact in challenging situations.
Willingness to work night shifts.
