What You’ll Do:
✅ Design and implement scalable data models across OLAP & OLTP systems.
✅ Define and recommend the best modeling approaches for complex problems.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach team members, and take complete ownership of deliverables.
✅ Contribute to RFPs and proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational data goals.
What We’re Looking For:
✨ 10+ years of experience in the Data space
✨ Strong SQL expertise and deep knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)
✨ Solid experience with Dimensional Models, Star/Snowflake schemas, and Data Vault modeling
✨ Exposure to ETL tools, Data Governance, and Data Quality frameworks
✨ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) preferred
✨ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✨ Leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring teams
