We are looking for GY Assistant Mechanics (Helpers) to support experienced mechanics in day-to-day service and repair activities. The role involves routine maintenance tasks, assisting in mechanical repairs, and ensuring smooth workshop operations while following all SOPs and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist senior mechanics in routine maintenance and repair activities.

● Perform basic service tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and coolant checks.

● Help in disassembling and reassembling vehicle parts including engines, transmissions, and other mechanical components.

● Conduct vehicle maintenance checks under supervision.

● Maintain cleanliness of tools, equipment, and the working area.

● Support with tool management, inventory checks, and organizing the workshop.

● Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and manufacturer standards.

● Report any issues, abnormalities, or required parts to the senior mechanic or supervisor.

● Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems.

● Ability to use hand tools and workshop equipment.

● Willingness to learn and support senior technicians.

● Good teamwork and communication skills.

● Physically fit and able to handle workshop tasks.

● Strong discipline in following safety and operational procedures.
