We are looking for an experienced GY Spare Parts Manager to oversee the entire spare parts operations, including inventory management, procurement, vendor coordination, and team supervision. The role requires an individual with strong technical understanding, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure timely availability of spare parts to support service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Warehouse Management
● Manage and maintain optimal spare parts inventory levels.
● Monitor stock movement, conduct regular stock audits, and minimize non-moving & obsolete parts.
● Ensure proper storage, binning, and labeling of all spare parts.
Procurement & Vendor Management
● Plan and execute procurement of spare parts as per requirements.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate for best rates and credit terms.
● Track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and ensure quality compliance.
Coordination & Customer Relations
● Coordinate closely with the service department to ensure the timely availability of required parts.
● Ensure prompt support to internal and external customers regarding parts availability and delivery.
Team Management
● Train, guide, and supervise parts department staff.
● Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to process and safety guidelines.
Reporting & Documentation
● Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, sales, and returns.
● Prepare and share periodic reports on inventory status, consumption trends, and procurement planning.
Required Skills & Competencies:
● Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and inventory management.
● Experience with ERP/Inventory software.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Strong leadership and team handling abilities.
● Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
