We are looking for skilled Spare Parts Executives to efficiently manage the spare parts operations within our workshops across Karnataka. The role involves inventory control, timely parts availability, documentation accuracy, and smooth coordination with the service team to ensure uninterrupted workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and maintain adequate inventory levels of workshop spare parts.

● Responsible for ordering, receiving, checking, and storing spare parts.

● Track movement of parts and update inventory records in the system.

● Ensure timely availability of parts required for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

● Issue spare parts as per Job Card requirements and maintain proper documentation.

● Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians,  and Workshop Managers for parts planning.

● Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts storage area.

● Follow vendor coordination, GRN, and billing processes as per company standards.

● Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving parts and propose reorder levels accordingly.

Skills & Competencies

● Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts (preferably commercial vehicles).

● Good understanding of inventory management systems.

● Strong organizational and documentation skills.

● Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ERP/Inventory Software).
