We are looking for a GY dynamic and result oriented executive to manage and optimize our last mile delivery operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in transport management, vendor/fleet onboarding, and day-to-day operational execution. A strong network of fleet owners and transport vendors (ranging from Tata Ace to 20ft Container Vehicles) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations of last mile deliveries ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.

2. Develop and maintain a strong vendor base of fleet owners and transporters across different vehicle categories.

3. Negotiate rates, finalize contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.

4. Monitor vehicle allocation, route planning, and load optimization for efficiency.

5.Coordinate with clients, drivers, and internal teams for smooth execution of deliveries.

6.Track, analyze, and report on delivery KPIs (TAT, Cost per delivery, Utilization etc)

7.Resolve on ground issues related to drivers, Vendors, or delivery delays.

8.Ensure adherence to safety, Compliance, and operational standards.

9.Support scaling of operations in new geographies by building vendor networks.

Key Requirements-

1.Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Logistics or supply chain preffered)

2.2-6 Years of proven experience in Logistics/Transport operations, preferably in last mile delivery.

3.Strong network of fleet owners/transport vendors across vehicle types (Tata Ace,Bolero, Pickup, 14ft, 17ft, and up to 20ft Container Vehicles.)

4.Good Negotiation, Vendor management, and people management skills.

5.Strong Problem solving and decision making abilities under pressure.

6.Knowledge of logistics software/ERP, GPS tracking and MS Excel is an advantage.

7.Willingness to travel for Vendor development and operational needs.
