Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Trainer with strong expertise in Spring Boot to train students and working professionals. The candidate should have hands-on industry experience and the ability to deliver practical, project-based training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs

• Train on Front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular)

• Guide learners in real-time projects and case studies

• Conduct coding assessments and mock interviews

• Provide mentorship and career guidance

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA

• Experience with Microservices & RESTful APIs

• Frontend exposure (React/Angular preferred)

• Knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL

• Familiarity with Git, Maven, Docker (added advantage)

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Technical Trainer or Corporate Trainer

• Hands-on exposure to real-time industry projects

• Strong mentoring ability for fresh graduates and entry-level learners

• Experience guiding professionals transitioning from Non-IT to IT domains

• Capability to support lateral movement candidates in upskilling and career shifts

• Experience conducting mock interviews and placement-oriented training

• Exposure to curriculum design and structured training delivery

• Ability to design capstone projects aligned with industry standards

• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies
